Steve Ray is a guy with a big personality and a lot of experience in the Berkshires real estate market. But there’s only so much he can do on his own. When he was looking to expand the reach of his business and prepare for his eventual exit, we worked with him to develop and promote The Ray Way, a training system for new brokers.
