Mental Health Association

MHA is a wide-ranging organization with many divisions, including GRIT, bestlife, Safe Haven and more. When they’re looking for help, whether it’s an administrative, counseling or on-the-street position, they need to reach people with unique experience, understanding and commitment when it comes to serving individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. We create targeted campaigns with specific messaging to reach these individuals. We also capitalize on positive word-of-mouth and personal references from current staff, which often leads to other excellent candidates. This camaraderie and personal connection also leads to strong retainment.
